Lush Lebanese just off Selfridges where posh mezzes and enthusiastic belly-dancers will come right to your table.
During the belly-dance show, at least two pairs of exceptionally round, plump objects were at hand's reach. To me the most interesting of them was the pitta bread fresh from the oven, while the male guests were probably looking elsewhere.
Anyway, food and drinks are delicious and if you're in the mood for some kitsch fun, you can't go wrong with this one.

An ok place to get food before spending your lunch break in the park. There’s a decent range of options of salads, sandwiches, pasta and soups, all pretty healthy at least on the description.
My Mediterranean salad had artchokes and you could choose just olive oil as dressing - good - but the chicken was nothing but tender. I’ll give it a second chance one of these days. -

I spent 9,40 for a salt beef sandiwich (on a bagel), a pickle and a Coke and I’m still happy, which means that the sandwich was really really good. Having that kind of meal in the middle of Selfridges was quite fun too.

I went to House of Fraser at Oxford Street in my lunch break, mostly because of the “up to 60% off” sale sign.
As soon as I stepped in I was obviously attacked by slightly desperate assistants, one of whom convinced me to try a Dead Sea Spa hand scrub. She was over-friendly, calling me sweetie 15 times in 5 minutes, until I said I wasn’t sure I was going to buy the product. The she said “ok, darling, see you later” and turned her back on me. How rude!
I ended up buying a full-priced mascara from a much nicer assistant from the Benefit aisle.
