Ich war einmal bei Berlet, um einen Comcorder zu kaufen, dessen Software - wie sich herausstellte- nicht Vista kompatibel war, obwohl ich extra danach gefragt hatte. Die schlechte Beratung hätte mir über 300€ gekostet (Berlet hat sich geweigert das Gerät zurückzunehmen), wenn ich nicht meinen alten Laptop hätte.
